BlackBerry Messenger is yet taking another run in making it’s debut across android and iOS platform. This is the second time Blackberry has launched its messenger to other platform users, with the first effort failed because of some technical issues but this time around things are looking quite serious according to Blackberry this free app has been downloaded over 10 million times in 24 hours. Yes, that’s right 10 million times in just 24 hours, now that’s something companies would like to have.
Now as there are too much download there must be some flaws or lag and well there is, once you download BBM on your iPhone or Android devices you’ll have to wait in line to get you BBM pin. As Blackberry says you are in line, you have to provide your email address and wait for them to contact you and give you the go ahead. No most of these 10 million down-loaders including the editor him self is waiting to be contacted by Blackberry.
According to Blackberry, about six million people signed up for their BBM pin in September,
“If you didn’t sign up in advance, don’t worry — we are focused on moving millions of customers through the line as fast as possible”
BBM launch is very delightful for people who have been using this app and have shifted to other platform as Blackberry is struggling to save it’s self from prolonged decline.
