Farooq Niaz Leaves Mobilink and joins K-Electric

Senior Manager Corporate Communication and CSR at Mobilink Mr. Farooq Niaz has resigned Mobilink and moved to K-Electric as General Manager PR and Corporate Communication. The K-Electric was incorporated on 13 September 1913 and now is a vertically integrated electric corporation  involved in generating, transmitting and distributing power to around 20 million inhabitants of Karachi.

Farooq Niaz has rich profile and experience internal and external communications and worked with many leading telecom organizations like Mobilink, Telenor and Zong. Due to his sharp vision and loyalty, every company wants to hire his services this is the reason the K-Electric appointed him as a General Manager PR and Corporate Communication.

He is specialist in public relations, media handling, corporate communications, corporate publications and branding, event management, website development and management, external affairs, corporate social responsibility, business planning, sales and business development.

Previously he has worked with Standard Chartered and and various TV channels including Geo, ARY and Samaa with expertise in the areas of corporate communication, news reporting and production. He has also worked for Zong as Manager Public Relation and CSR and also as Manager corporate communication for Telenor.
