Latest Update Brings Improved Battery Charging Algorithm to Samsung Galaxy A50

Samsung Galaxy A50 is receiving a new firmware, that is bringing an improved battery charging algorithm paired with refined fingerprint reader performance. The new update also brings the usual stability tweaks and bearing the A505FDDU2ASH3 name weighs in at 320MB, according to GSMA. It also brings the August security patch.

Currently, the new update is available in a few countries but it is to be expected that in the coming weeks, it will make its way to more countries. Samsung launched the device in February 2019.
