Nokia has organised one-of-its-kind event – the Nokia App Summit 2012 that was held in Karachi to showcase its latest better, faster and smarter offerings along with a line-up of relevant app content developed by Pakistani developers that adds up to a mobility experience par excellence.

For the past two years Nokia has been engaging programers, especially students in Pakistan in variety programs which has helped them realize their true potential in the field of mobile applications. They have created awareness regarding future mobile technology and channelized the local talent for Technology. The aim of this Nokia App summit 2012 is to provide the developers’ and customers’ awareness of future mobile technology and bringing forward the local talent for business development. An application exhibition is also underway for promoting locally developed mobile application.
