OnePlus 7 Launch Date Will Be Revealed On April 23

OnePlus 7 & 7 Pro had been in the pipeline of rumors for the past few months. A few weeks back, the CAD Renders of the regular version surfaced online. Even though, the handsets also got listed on the Chinese retailer website, Giztop revealing their specs. Moreover, OnePlus 7 & OnePlus 7 Pro’s Camera and design details surfaced on the web. Recently, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has revealed that the company will announce the date of its next launch event very soon. According to him, OnePlus 7 Launch Date will be unveiled on April 23.

The company’s CEO Lau hasn’t revealed what this event will be all about. However, it’s going to be about the company’s 2019 smartphones most probably.

According to the previous reports, the regular version OnePlus 7 will come with a 6.4 inch AMOLED display carrying “world’s fastest screen unlock” in-screen fingerprint sensor. It seems to be one of the major attractions of the upcoming smartphone. The upcoming handset will come with a water drop notch. In addition to that, the smartphone will boast a screen-to-body ratio of 91.5 percent. In addition to that, the handset is tipped to come in two different variants featuring 8GB RAM +128 GB storage and 12 GB RAM with 256 GB internal Storage. Furthermore, the flagship smartphone will make debut with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC.

On the other hand, the OnePlus 7 Pro will come with a tad larger 6.64-inch notch less screen with curved edges. The handset will sport a pop selfie snapper. The smartphone will have a triple camera set up at the back, which will also boast a 48MP primary unit.

In addition to these two variants, there will be a third member of the upcoming lineup dubbed as OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. The 5G-supporting version of the Pro variant is said to have a Snapdragon X50 modem under the hood. OnePlus is reportedly said to reveal these handsets on May 14. However, we will have to wait for the official announcement of the launch date.
