PTCL’s major customer base has been positively impacted by NTP with customer complaints being reduced to 43% in the areas where the exchanges have been upgraded. Through a transformed network, PTCL can provide a faster connection (up to 50mbps) with the improved copper network and even more so with the fiber network (up to 100mbps). PTCL is upgrading its existing copper network to a faster and better fiber network, along with rehabilitation of existing network where required.
