RoboCop: Rogue City Release Date Confirmed: Check Out Details
RoboCop: Rogue City is said to be the first game that puts fans of the franchise in the cybernetic shoes of its lead character. RoboCop players are challenged to bring an end to the Detroit crime spree that has taken the lives of countless others on the force. It’s been a while now since we got a RoboCop game. However, it’s going to change on November 2, 2023, when the game finally comes to multiple platforms. We were all teased with a couple of release dates that were later rescinded. However, now the wait is over as RoboCop: Rogue City has a third and hopefully final release date. This one seems legit as well.
RoboCop: Rogues City Launch Date Is Set To Be November 2
Rogue City will be released on November 2, 2023, almost after a week. RoboCop: Rogue City was slated for the tail end of 2022. After that, it was given a June release window. June came and went but nothing happened. Then, the game got a September release window. Now, almost October is at its end and it seems RoboCop: Rogue City is finally ready to play.
The gameplay was revealed at the Xbox Partner Preview. Reports claim that RoboCop: Rogue City will be coming out on PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Moreover, you can pre-order the game right now on any of those platforms. It is pertinent to mention here that the game won’t be available for last-gen consoles including Xbox One and PlayStation 4. For now, it won’t be available for Nintendo Switch as well.
Preordering the game will allow you access to RoboCop’s blue armor from RoboCop 2 and the Pitch Black Auto-9 pistol. The deluxe edition of RoboCop Rogue City comes with a prototype version of RoboCop’s Auto-9 pistol, the OCP Shotgun, and the Damaged Armor costume.

The gameplay was first shown during the Nacon Connect stream during Summer Games Fest 2021. At that time, it was unclear that Peter Weller was voicing the iconic role of Alex Murphy, a man shot down in cold blood and turned into the iconic cyborg police officer. Since then, the trailers have been based on small snippets of gameplay together with a storyline. There were fake OCP ads and sections that fans got to play during the Steam Fest demo. For instance, a raid on the gang hideout in the arcade.
