We all know that Pakistani younger generation is a well-aware and tech-savvy audience for all the modern technological trends. This market segment prefers smartphones with 3G and 4G connectivity with all the other latest features at an affordable price. So, there had been a struggle going among many smartphone brands in order to increase their market share and sales in Pakistan due to the high demand for such smartphones.  In the past six months, Samsung has shown tremendous improvements in 4G smartphones. Due to that, Samsung has won the race.  It has certainly taken a stride having the maximum 4G market share in Pakistan in the last 6 months.

Samsung Won The Race Having 38% 4G Market Share In Pakistan

We all know that previously Pakistani Market was captured by Huawei as they brought the smartphones with the good specifications at cost effective prices. At that time, Pakistan’s market interest in Samsung devices faded off. However, now Samsung had made a comeback. The company has done improvements in its 4G smartphones. They have again sought the attention of the people by introducing budget-friendly phones packed with good specs. Due to all such improvements, Samsung has succeeded in having the maximum 4G market share of 38% in Pakistan. Samsung Galaxy J4 and J6 are the best selling models by Samsung so far. Both are mid-range phones having quite good specs.

Huawei Honor has been perceived as a smartphone maker that caters well to the mid-range smartphones so it has also performed quite good in the past six months. It has a 4G market share of 22%. Huawei Mate 10 Lite and Honor 7c are the best selling models by the company so far.  Then comes OPPO having the 4G market share of 18%. OPPO F9 and A57 have been the best selling models by OPPO for the last six months. The rest of 22% 4G market share is conquered by Nokia, Sony, and Xiaomi.

We all know that 3G phones are less in the market as compared to the 4G ones. So, QMobile has the maximum 80% 3G Market Share in Pakistan nowadays. In addition to that, the features phones by QMobile has 34% market share. The feature phones by Nokia have 38% market share in Pakistan. Let’s see whether Samsung will be able to maintain its position or not. Time will tell who will be the next to have the maximum 4G market share.
