Sujood.co: This Website Offers A Dua For Every Emotion You Feel

Tough the website is not new but I decided to share it for people like me who were not aware of the existence of such an Islamic website. Sujjod.co is a beautiful website and has a very different theme. The basic motto behind this platform is to give users a perfect dua that correlates with their current feelings. Upon selecting a specific mood, it automatically gives you a verse from the Quran or a prayer that helps you to cope with it.

We firmly believe that whatever you are feeling at stage be it happy, free, confused and lonely at the same time or you’re just experiencing a single emotion at once — there’s a Quranic dua’a for it. However, we don’t know what to recite while going through any of these feelings but now there’s a website (Sujood.co) that picks the perfect Dua for you.

The founder of this website, Nabeel Khan is just 21 years old, residing in California. He got the idea of such a website after he came across the following hadith:

أَقْرَبُ مَا يَكُونُ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَهُوَ سَاجِدٌ

“The closest that a servant is to his Lord is when he is in prostration.” (Muslim)

While Telling about this website, Nabeel said:

I started to notice that in my sujood, repeating the same dua across prayers was not working,. “Our emotions aren’t static, they fluctuate.”
