The new version of Chrome will automatically cleanup very long URls before you share them. It means now you wont have to worrying about copying and pasting links with too much extra text with it at the end.

This was at first spotted by Android Police and this change is not live with the latest version of Chrome’s Android app, version 64. It is a small tweak, but it will make URL’s more presentable and less messy.

One can try the new less messy and streamlined link sharing in Android Google Chrome App by using the Apps’s native share menu. However if you want same old messy long words, you can continue on manually copy and paste from the URL bar.
