HTC has launched its two budget friendly smartphones, Desire 12 and Desire 12 plus. Both smartphones have almost same specifications with a slight difference. HTC Desire 12 does not have a fingerprint scanner. Whereas, Desire 12 plus comes with a finger print scanner.
Budget Friendly HTC Desire 12 and Desire 12 Plus Launched
HTC Desire 12 features a 5.5-inch screen with 18:9 asect ratio and with 1,440 x 720 (HD+) resolution. The device also features a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 chipset. Desire 12 comes in two memory variants including 2GB RAM and 16 GB storage or 3GB of RAM. and 32 GB of storage. Moreover, customers can expand the memory by using a MicroSD card up to 2 TB.
For camera lovers, the phone has 13 MP camera on the back with phase-detection autofocus (PDAF). Moreover, the phone has a 5 MP selfie camera. The battery capacity comes in at 2,730 mAh. It’s also running Android Oreo out of the box.
the HTC Desire 12 Plus features a larger 6-inch display, with 18:9 aspect ratio and 1,440 x 720 resolution. Moreover, this model is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset. It is available only in a 3 GB RAM / 32 GB internal storage version. Moreover, customers can expand the memory upto 2 TB using a MicroSD card.
This handset comes with a dual-camera setup on the back (13 MP + 2 MP). Moreover, it has an 8 MP snapper at the front. It’s powered by a 2,965 mAh battery and runs Android.
HTC has not confirmed pricing and availability detail of both these devices. Bit according to some reports, the price of Desire 12 plus will cost about “€235 and €249” and for Desire 12 it will lie between “€185 and €199,”.
