Lenovo is filling the need of customers by giving another sibling of K series which is little bit less in features as compare to Lenovo K6 Power. Today we will discuss the Lenovo K6 review in detail.  Price of Lenovo K6 is PKR.22,400/-.The main difference is Lenovo K6 is packed with 3000 mAh battery whereas K6 Power has 4000 mAh battery.

On the whole except battery and some other specifications both devices are same in design and features wise. The Lenovo K6 is 5.0 inches device with full HD 1080p resolutions. The system is mechanized with octa-core 1.4 GHZ processor. It is featured with 16GB ROM and 2GB RAM moreover enhanced with latest android version 6.0 (Marshmallow). The camera lens are consisted of 13 MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.

Lenovo K6 is packed in a same box like k6 power moreover accessories are almost same. It has all necessary accessories such as charger, data cable and headphones. All the main features are written on the box.

Display of Lenovo K6:

The Lenovo K6 is packed with the full support of HD resolutions which means it has 1080p resolutions while it is 5.0 inches devices. The pixel density is 480 dpi which ranks it in a satisfactory category.

It is layered with 2D glass which gives it a soft display and colors furthermore it has scored 5 points in multi-touch test which shows us that it has average touch panel.

The device has theme center application by which we can change the theme of our own choice and it has different sections.

Design and Display of Lenovo K6:

The Lenovo K6 device supports full HD resolutions of 1080 pixels with the screen size of 5.0 inches. The dimensions of smart phone are 141 x 71 x 7.2 mm whereas the weight is only 140 grams. It is lightweight device because it is consisted of smaller battery than Lenovo K6 Power.

The body has decent and simple design in which bezel has layered the whole screen. The Function keys are enabled at the bottom side furthermore the front camera is resided next to ear piece. The Lenovo K6 has notification LED light which is a big plus point for device.

The Lenovo K6 edges is endowed with the connectivity ports. Let’s see what it has. Starting from the right edge which has volume keys and power button whereas left one is consisted of SIM jacket. The main connectivity ports such as audio jack and microUSB port are present at the top side further down side has nothing except mic.

The back side of Lenovo K6 has back camera which is featured at the top side with accessible flash light. The Lenovo K6 is rich and powerful in camera section because it contains 13MP back camera and 8MP front camera. There is nothing be better than these lenses in camera section as it is mid-range smart phone.

The back camera is available with Flash light whereas videos can be built in full HD resolutions of 1080p. Let’s look at each section in detail.

The back camera of Lenovo K6 has 13MP lens with useable flash light. We can make videos in full HD resolutions of 1080 pixels furthermore the main modes for back camera are Panorama, Art Nightscape, Artistic HDR, Fast-motion, slow-motion.

Network / Connectivity of Lenovo K6:

The Lenovo K6 is 4G enabled smart phone with the access of 3G/2G also so it will be better to use LTE rather than 3G or another. It supports all the bands over in Pakistan and the speed limit over LTE network or 3G network is cat.4 150/50 Mbps.

The other connectivity side contains Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and FM radio. The Bluetooth version is 4.1 whereas Wi-Fi supports 802.11 b/g/n. Dual SIM is accessible but if you want to use memory card and sim at a same time then you have to compromise on one sim as they have arranged the jacket in this way.

Battery Performance of Lenovo K6:

The battery section is packed with non-removable 3000 mAh Li-ion battery which is a decent choice.  The chipset is Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 MSM8937 which will provide fair enough time as battery saving is one of the most useful feature of this chipset.

The battery will work satisfactory in videos, applications and games section. Excessive use of 3G\4G will drain the battery quickly.

The Lenovo K6 is featured with latest android version 6.0 (Marshmallow). The device supports 1080 pixels which increases its beauty. The colors of Lenovo K6 are very cool and gives a very satisfying effect to your eyes.

The first screen is lock screen which has date and time widget displayed at its center. After that we have notification status of connectivity ports moreover we can unlock the screen by swiping up the screen and insert the pattern or code if you have set any.

Let’s come to the main screen which has applications that are arranged in the form of rows and columns. Google search bar is present at the top side of screen moreover color representation of icons are very well and there is no sharp colors used in icons.

Lenovo K6 has some bloat ware applications such as dev tools, Lenovo company, OMACP Demo, Share it, SYNC it and theme center. Theme center has a different collection of themes which we can set it as our default theme.

Processor of Lenovo K6:

The Lenovo K6 is mechanized with 1.4 GHZ octa core processor with a chipset of Qualcomm MSM8937 snapdragon 430. The chipset results are very fast and efficient than any quad-core processor. The architecture used for this processor is ARM Cortex-A53.

The biggest feature of this chipset is that it supports HD graphics, fast download and provide the best possible time of battery.

The 2GB RAM is not enough for high multi-tasking and heavy graphical games. It will create some issues and delays if you will load it with so many applications and videos.
