Mobilink enhances services portfolio for better customer experience
As a means to enhance customer experience, Mobilink has empowered customers through simplified access to retrieve information regarding mobile deductions and subscriptions. Mobilink customers through this access can retrieve their expenditure details with regards to their calls, SMS, data and Value Added Services (VAS) as well as manage their subscriptions with added convenience. This initiative is part of Mobilink’s commitment to ensure fair charging practices across the board. It is complimented with practices such as taking customer consent prior to subscription of services and automated notifications keeping customers informed about their subscriptions.

Mobilink Raseed provides customers with visibility of mobile deductions incurred on calls, SMS, data and services that they have subscribed to during the previous day. Mobilink Menu on the other hand provides customers with details of all voice, VAS, SMS and data services that they have subscribed to while empowering them with the choice to unsubscribe as best suits their needs.
Pre-paid customers can review charges incurred on services for the previous day by sending a blank message to 7050. To review a list of services customers have subscribed to a blank SMS may be sent to Mobilink Menu at 6611. These services are free of charge and valid for Mobilink pre-paid customers.
