As you all know that QMobile has established its market in the smartphone world very successfully. Recently they have introduced QMobile X29. Today we will discuss this new device. Let’s go in the detail of features and specification of QMobile X29 Review.

QMobile X29 has 4 inches display with 1.3GHz Dual Core Processor. It runs an android version of 6.0 (Marshmallow). Power house has 1300mAh li-ion battery. Camera section has 2MP back camera lens with LED flash light and the front camera is packed with standard VGA lens. It has 8GB ROM and 512MB RAM, memory can be expanded to 32GB with the access of micro SD Card. QMobile X29 is 3G enabled device.

Memory of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 has 8GB ROM and 512MB RAM, which is definitely very low to download games and applications. With the access of micro SD Card, the memory can be expanded to 32GB. 512MB RAM is very low, though it is an entry level device still 512MB is not sufficient for any entry level smartphone.

Battery of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 has a battery of 1300 mAh Li-ion, which is below average. The battery is removable and available inside the non-fixed back cover. You can get three to four stand by hours of usage and two hours of talk time approximately. 0.15 Amp of charger will charge the battery in two hours.

Interface of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 has 4 inches screen with the android version of 6.0(Marshmallow).  If you observe the lock screen you will find connectivity notifications at the top. Time and date widgets are displayed at the center. Notification of remaining battery percentage is displayed at downside moreover camera and emergency calls options are also present at the bottom. When the screen is locked, you can operate the camera and emergency calls options. To unlock the screen, you have to swipe upward.

Now it turns to look into the main screen after unlocking the screen. Time and date widgets are displayed at the center of the screen. Applications are present on the main screen in form of rows and columns. QMobile X29 has application manager, where all the applications are installed. In application manager there is applications search bar at the top Moreover there are some bloatware applications such as Sim Toolkit. WhatsApp and Facebook are already installed.

Design of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 has simple look with a touch screen. The dimensions are 121.3×61.4×8.5mm and weight is 109g.

The front body of QMobile X29 has 4 inches screen with the front camera of VGA standards and ear piece at the top. There are three working function keys at the bottom. On the top edge, there is USB port of v2.0 and audio jacket of 3.5mm. The right edge has volume keys and power button while there is nothing on left and bottom edge. The back of QMobile X29 has 2MP back camera lens with LED flash light at top. Logo of QMobile is marked at the center while at the bottom there is a speaker.

Display of QMobile X29:

Supportive resolution of QMobile X29 is 480X800 pixels. Density for the screen is 240dpi. The device supports graphic card of Mali-400MP, which is average. Multi-touch is below average because it has scored only two points in it.

Processor of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 is powered by 1.3 GHz QuadCore. It has chipset of MT6570, which cannot support hardware-assisted virtualization. The device has a processor of 32 bit with 512MB RAM. Which is not satisfactory at all. Though QMobile X29 is entry level device but 512MB RAM is not  sufficient for any entry level device.

Network Connectivity of QMobile X29:

QMobile X29 is 3G enabled device with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and FM Radio. Wi-Fi has b/n/g standards. The version of Bluetooth is 4.0.

Camera of QMobile X29:

Back camera of QMobile X29 has a 2MP lens with LED flash light. It can record video in 720p quality. Main features are panorama and beauty face. It can detect a smiley face. Shooter modes are Night, Sunset, Party, Portrait, Landscape, Night Portrait, Theater, Beach, Snow, Steady Photo, Fireworks, Sports and candle light.

Back camera image results are average. Colors are not very lively and when we zoom in the image, we found some noise in it.

QMobile X29 has a front camera of VGA standards. Video record quality is 720p. Shooter modes are Night, Sunset, Party, Portrait, Landscape, Night Portrait, Theater, Beach, Snow, Steady Photo, Fireworks, Sports and candle light. It can detect a smiley face.

We have tested front camera image result, we got an average result. Colors are not so eye catchy. We have noticed some noise when we zoom in the image. But as it is entry level device so we cannot expect a camera with high resolutions.

Antutu Benchmarking of QMobile X29:

We have tested Antutu Benchmarking in QMobile X29 and it has scored 13003. Multi-touch is below average because it has scored only 2 points in it.

Conclusions:

QMobile X29 is an entry level device that’s why we cannot expect big features in it. It comes with below average multi-touch. QMobile X29 is 3G enabled device with 512MB RAM. The camera comes with very average results. QMobile X29 has normal features with affordable price.
