Samsung To Roll Out First Galaxy Note 9 OTA Update
Samsung had launched their flagship, Galaxy Note 9 a few days back. Galaxy Note 9 turned out to be the most powerful smartphone as it features 4000mAh battery. It features low powered Bluetooth S-Pen that can control your home appliances. Since its launch, everyone is just talking about its specs, features and some of them are even comparing it with other smartphones of the market. Recently, the company has pushed an OTA update to Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Galaxy Note 9 OTA update will be officially available on August 24.
Galaxy Note 9 OTA Update Will bring stability and bug fixes
The update will bring many interesting features. Major changes will come to the camera modes while capturing photos or making slow-mos. The update will include a toggle to switch between two Super Slow-mo capture modes. It will allow the users to shoot either 0.2s of 960fps or they can go for 0.4s of 480fps. Both options will be available in manual mode. Another cool feature will be the Auto Mode. On the flip side, the auto mode will detect the movement in a box. This mode will automatically trigger when to capture at Super Slow-mo. In addition to this, the OTA update will bring software stability, performance tweaks and bug fixes.
We have not yet seen the update arrive on our international Galaxy Note 9, so it looks like the first ones to get it might be North American Snapdragon variants. Either that is the case or we simply haven’t received the notification yet.
The OTA notification shows a version number of N960FXXU1ARH5. The release notes mention the performance tweaks, general software stability, and bug fixes. There are no words by the company about any other thing yet. They only confirmed its rollout date to be August 24.
