Xiaomi Mi8 is Coming with 3D Face Unlock and Top-Notch Display

After a lot of rumors, Now the official Specs of Xiaomi Mi8 has revealed. The Xiaomi Mi8 will have Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, dual cameras and dual GPS. It will have similar notch display like iPhone X but Xiaomi is introducing it for the very first time. It top cut will have an infrared solution which will use for 3D Face Unlock that works in a dark environment.

Resources have confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi8 will have an under screen fingerprint scanner and a see-through back panel that gives a peek to the internals of the device. The camera section will have dual camera setup of 12 MP (f/1.8, 1.4µm) + 12 MP (f/2.4, 1.0 µm), the second being a telephoto cam. It will have AI features enhancement for over 200 scenes and 4-in-1 pixel binning for better low-light shots. The front shooter will have 20 MP with f/2.0 aperture with portrait selfies and AI Beauty.

The screen size will be 6.21 inches’ using a Samsung AMOLED screen with the supportive resolution of Full HD+ or 2248 x 1080 pixels. Xiaomi Mi8 will be the first phone for using Dual GPS. The phone binds the traditional L1 frequency, used in other phones with the L5 frequency. If we talk about its memory then it will have two variants, one will be 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM and another one will have 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM.
