With the help of this new machine learning the anti-spam system, Google can detect that which review is genuine, and which is fake. According to the company, the system has successfully spotted millions of fake reviews and in a result of that Google removed thousands of bad apps from the Play Store.

Developers offer money or valuable in-app purchases to users in return for good ratings and reviews. That are no doubt false praises and they are not the true opinions of the users but they are doing it only for incentives.
