Here are the Leaked Specs of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 & Redmi Note 5 Pro
The Chinese Tech giant is ready to unveil Redmi Note 5 today . Ahead of its official launch the specifications of phone have made its way online. The leaks also revealed that Xiaomi is working on Redmi Note 5 Pro. Redmi Note 5 Pro is powered by Qualcomm’s mid range Snapdragon 636 chipset. According to leaks, Redmi Note 5 Pro will have dual cameras at the back in 12MP + 5MP configuration. It has 20MP front camera with LED flash up front. The leaks also revealed that both phones, Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro are 5.99 inch 18:9 displays. It seems that Xiaomi is re branding the Redmi 5 Plus as redmi Note 5 due to its specifications. This phone also also feature Snapdragon 625 platform with 4000mAh battery and memory configurations of 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB.

Redmi Note 5 is more interesting of two devices featuring up to 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone will come in two variants with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, and 4GB of RAM as well as 64GB of storage. Like the Redmi Note 5, the Note 5 Pro has a 4000mAh battery that charges over microUSB.
Both the Xiaomi devices feature a hybrid SIM card slot, and fingerprint sensors at the back. According to released specs of poster, both phones will run MIUI 9 atop Nougat, which means it’ll be a while before we see an Oreo-based version of MIUI 9.
