Huawei P Smart 2018 was one of the budget-friendly smartphones by the company that was released in early 2018.  There had been a lot of rumors and leaks about its successor, Huawei P Smart (2019) for many months. The smartphone also got listed on a retail site named Boulanger revealing the design, specifications, and pricing details earlier this month. However, now the smartphone has been officially announced with sales beginning on January 2.

The specs of the phone are exactly the same that surfaced before. Huawei P Smart (2019) is a dual-SIM phone that comes with a 6.21-inch FHD+ display. The smartphone features a FullView TFT LCD display with 1080×2340 pixels resolution. Furthermore, the handset is powered by a 12nm HiSilicon Kirin 710 octa-core SoC. In addition to that, the chipset is paired with 3GB RAM. The phone supports Inbuilt storage of 64GB that can be expanded using a hybrid microSD card up to 512GB. Furthermore, the handset runs on EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie straight out of the box.

The handset features the common waterdrop-shaped notch. Moreover, the Huawei P Smart comes with a dual rear camera setup. The dual rear camera setup includes a 13-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor with autofocus and flash support. On the other hand, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with fixed focus support. In addition to all this,  Huawei P Smart weighs 160 grams. Moreover, a 3,400mAh battery capacity keeps its lights on. Huawei P Smart 2019 Color Options include Blue and Black Color. Huawei P Smart (2019) will be available in selected European markets. Its price is set to be €250 with shipments expected to start on January 2. On the other hand, the Huawei P Smart (2019) price in the UK is set to be £149.  Huawei P Smart sales in UK will begin on January 11.
