Lahore to Get Free WiFi Hotspots in Public Places
Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Mr. Umar Saif, has announced on his Facebook account that Lahore, and Multan will soon get free WiFi access in public places.
Lahore to Get Free WiFi Hotspots in Public Places
The announcement is also made official by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
For this purpose, an agreement has been signed between PTCL and PITB in order to provide access to free WiFi at around 115 locations across Lahore which includes:
- Punjab Assembly
- LDA, GPO
- Airport
- Mayo Hospital
- Railway Station
- Children Hospital
- Model Town Park
- Services Hospital etc.
