Microsoft rolls out Windows 11 build 22483; Fixed bugs

Windows 11 preview build 22483 has just begun to roll out to Dev Channel Insiders. The release offers basic enhancements and bug fixes, but no new features. It should be noted that Dev Channel Insiders cannot currently test Android app compatibility on Win11. The initial Android app support preview is exclusively accessible to Beta Channel Insiders.
