Now You Can Enjoy Free Youtube Ad-Supported Feature Films

Youtube keeps on introducing new features for its users. A few weeks back, Youtube updated their FAQ page by providing information about a new beta program for Android users. Then, we came to know that Youtube is testing the picture-in-picture mini floating window for its web users. The platform made a quite big change. After that, Youtube Video Embeds got redesigned bringing new handy features and shortcuts that made things easier for the users. Now we have come to know that youtube has added a number of feature films to its inventory. Youtube Ad-Supported Feature Films are being offered by Youtube for free now.

Youtube Ad-Supported Feature Films Can Be Streamed For Free

Google has already added this feature last month and now Youtube has introduced this feature giving tough competition to its rivals. However, you might have to experience ads interrupting the flow of a movie especially if you are used to paying for commercial-free streaming. There are almost 100 films available right now that include Rocky, The Terminator, Agent Cody Banks, The Zookeeper and many more. In addition to this, YouTube’s director of product management, Rohit Dhawan, stated that more titles will be added.

The Director Of Product Management further stated that:

“We saw this opportunity based on user demand, beyond just offering paid movies. Can we do ad-supported movies, free to the user? It also presents a nice opportunity for advertisers.”

Youtube is now expected to give tough competition, especially on connected TVs. Tubi’s CEO Farhad Massoudi stated that:

“Ad-supported video is a huge market. There’s a lot of consumer traction and I expect all the major companies will jump in at some point.”

We all know that Netflix and even Google get subscribers to pay for more recent content. So, we cannot expect YouTube and others to offer more relevant fare for free.
