QMobile has launched its new E series handset to get more attention of users and attain a better rank in market. The device which we are going to discuss today is “QMobile E1“. This is another sibling of E series, after receiving a huge good response from QMobile E8. In specification it is less than QMobile E8 but Price of QMobile E1 is PKR.13500/-. Let’s have a look at QMobile E1 Review in detail to thoroughly check its features and specifications.

It has average features because it is mid-range smart phone but the biggest point of QMobile E1 is big and fixed battery of 4000 mAh. E1 is 5.0-inch device with HD IPS display screen that runs Android version 6.0 (Marshmallow). It has 3GB RAM and 16GB ROM furthermore the back camera has 8MP lens and front one has 5MP lens. QMobile E1 is 4G supportive device while the system is mechanized with Quad-core 1.0 GHz processor.

QMobile E1 is packed in a simple elegant rectangle box with all the necessary accessories. It has data cable, travel charger, headphones and user guide-book in its retail box. QMobile has also given its customer care book for users to get the help if they need.

Display of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 is 5.0 inches’ device with HD IPS capacitive touch screen and screen to body ratio is almost 68%. It supports the resolutions of 1280 x 720 pixels while the density pixel is 320 dpi. The supportive pixels are enough for the clear visibility of icons and texts.

The E1 is using Mali-T720 as its Graphic processing unit (GPU) which improves its performance mainly in graphic display and a good point for 3D game lovers.

It has scored 5-points in multi-touch test which is satisfactory because most of QMobile mid-range devices scored the same points.

Design of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 has good shape and design and the dimensions are 142.3 x 71.2 x 8.3 mm. The weight is 170 grams and it is normal weight device because it has fixed battery of 4000 mAh. The handset is very stylish and unique because QMobile has manufactured it beautifully in golden color.

The front side of QMobile E1 has 5 inches’ screen which has ear piece, front camera, sensor and LED notification light at its top. E1 has nothing at down side of its front screen because the function keys are working within in the screen. A dull bezel layer of golden color has covered it’s every boundary from every corner.

The edges of QMobile E1 are filled with connectivity ports. One edge has power key while another one has volume keys while at top side audio jack of 3.5 mm is working. We have microUSB connector and mic at down edge. The place of SIM and memory card are present inside the back body because its back cover can be removed.

Last thing in design section is back body of QMobile E1 which has very stylish patterned back body. The back camera of 8MP lens with LED flash light is present at the top left side while the logo of QMobile is marked in center. Speakers are present at the down side.

Memory for QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 is equipped with 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM. We can say the RAM choice is so good but internal memory should be of at least 32GB so we can use it well even without memory card. Game lovers and applications freak must have to insert memory card otherwise 16GB is not enough to fulfill their requirements.

E1 has very good choice of 3GB RAM because it is enough to do powerful performance in multi-tasking. We have tested its RAM and got not delays and lags while testing it.

Camera within QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 has 8MP back camera lens while front camera has 5MP lens. Only back camera has flash light whereas front one doesn’t have any light. Back camera can record videos in full 1080 pixels while front one only supports up to 720 pixels. Let’s have a look at these both camera lenses of QMobile E1 in detail.

Rear Camera of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 is carried with 8MP back camera lens and LED flash light. Back camera is present on top left side of back body. It can record videos up to 1080 pixels. The main modes for QMobile E1 back camera are HDR, face beauty mode and night shoot mode.

Some adjustable settings are also given such as geo-tagging, anti-flicker, white exposure and many others. All these settings can be adjusted in setting menu. We can reduce picture size also if we are facing any memory issue or we don’t want big image size then we can reduce its size.

As the back-camera lens of QMobile E1 supports auto focus mode so it works better in low-lights also. In low-lights it automatically increases its brightness moreover we took some images from 8MP lens of QMobile E1 and results are impressive. Sharpness, color accuracy and brightness are balanced while dynamic range has also satisfactory range. You will feel a little bit more noise in low-light images as compare to brighter one otherwise it has worked brilliantly.

Front Camera of QMobile E1:

The QMobile E1 has 5MP lens with fixed focus for its front selfie camera with no flash light. It can make videos in 720p quality while HDR, face beauty and night shoot modes are also accessible for front camera.

Results of QMobile E1 for front camera are satisfactory in high-lights but in low-lights it has some blurry and noisy results. Bright lights provide us a detailed selfie with no noise. Network / Connectivity of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 is 4G enabled device that also supports connectivity of 3G/2G networks. It supports all the available bandwidths of networks in Pakistan.

It also supports some other connectivity’s such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and FM Radio. Wi-Fi supports the standards of b/g/n while Bluetooth version is 4.0.

E1 is dual SIM supportive smart phone with dual standby function while place of memory card is separate from both SIM places. We can expand its internal memory up to 128GB with the access of memory card.

Battery Performance of QMobile E1:

QMobile’s  E1 best point is its big and fixed Li-ion big battery of 4000 mAh which is present inside the removable back cover. It has 2A charger with it which will completely charge the device in almost one and half hour.

Battery will easily provide us the standby time of 8-9 hours consecutively. Excessive usage of 4G/3G/2G or game play will reduce the battery quickly otherwise it can provide you better time for normal usage.It has media tek chip set which also works for battery saving function.

Interface of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 has 5 inches’ screen that runs android version 6.0 (Marshmallow) on it. The default theme of E1 is classic theme because it has all golden touch which matches with its body color so this is new and unique thing of QMobile E1.

All other things are like previous QMobile devices. Lock screen has same simple pattern in which date and time are displayed at the top side while we can unlock it by swapping up the screen. The main screen has applications that are arranged in the form of rows and columns. The main function keys are present at the main down side while Google search bar is present above the applications. Date and time widget are resided at the top side.

It doesn’t have any applications menu just a slider bar is available to access the application. Swap the screen and see the given applications. Many bloat ware applications are given in QMobile E1 such as change themes, themes club, game loft and many others.

Google has given it’s all own applications such as chrome, gmail, maps, you tube, photos and many others. Game loft is giving us some games such as Modern combat, NOVA and real football. Facebook, Skype and Whats App are already installed so we don’t need to download them again.

Processor of QMobile E1:

QMobile E1 is processed with 1.0 GHz Quad-core processor which is 64-bit type processor. Media Tek chip set MT6735P is working with it while 3GB RAM is also fixed in it.

The system is not showing any delays and lags while doing any kind of test and multi-tasking. No heating issue has been observed while charging it tells us that it is a good and satisfactory device.

Antutu Benchmarking of QMobile E1:

We have tested QMobile E1 with Antutu Benchmarking to check its device and performance as compare to all its competitors. It has scored 24951 points and ranked in a satisfactory position. Multi-touch test has scored 5 points.

Vellamo Benchmarking for QMobile E1:

Vellamo Bench marking conduct three tests which are chrome browser test, metal test and multi-core test. QMobile E1 has scored 1605 points in chrome browser test, 707 points in metal test and 1250 points in multi-core test.
