Redmi 6 Series to Launch on June 12
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi is ready to launch its budget Redmi 6 series handsets in China on June 12. The Redmi 6 series was leaked earlier on TENAA.
Xiaomi had informed about an upcoming announcement on a Chinese website Weibo. The company has released an official poster on Wednesday, which has confirmed the Redmi 6 series launch.

The Redmi 6 is expected to come with a white notch on the front where the selfie camera, the earpiece and the proximity sensor will be positioned.
The Redmi 6A is expected to come with a fingerprint scanner on the back and a dual camera, or without the sensor and the dual setup.

However, the specifications of Xiaomi Redmi 6 are not confirmed yet but we are sharing some rumored features. The Xiaomi Redmi 6 will run on Android 8.1 Oreo and will get MIUI 10 update soon after the launch. It will come with a 5.45-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 will be powered by octa core SoC clocked at 2GHz. When it comes to the memory the device will be available in three variants – 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage, 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage.
The Redmi 6 will have a dual camera setup at the back consisting of a 12MP primary camera and a secondary camera with a LED flash. On the front, the device will have a 5MP selfie camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi 6 will be powered by a 3,000mAh battery.
