Daewoo Intentionally Crashes its Online Services as the Eid is Near

Eid is just on its way and everyone look forward to spend this festive time with families and friends. At this auspicious time, so many people travel to their hometown and use the bus services like Daewoo, Faisal movers etc. Daewoo Online Services are totally useless when Eid or any public holidays come, what’s the purpose then?

Daewoo Online Services have always become useless when any public holiday is near, it looks like they do it intentionally. People have to face the difficulties to get the ticket, they especially go to the terminal before 3-4 days to get the ticket. It is totally wastage if you can’t give the facility of Daewoo Online Services when people need it. They also cancel the pre-booking of the customers which is no doubt very terrible because most of the customers come to know about the cancelation of their booking at the time of arrival to the terminal.

Daewoo Online Services – Eid is Near

A few days back, Daewoo introduced their Android App and IOS app to get online tickets and use all Daewoo Online Services. These apps are also useless these days and it is not working, don’t know why they always think of their own benefits rather than giving comfort to the customers.

Daewoo has updated its website with this banner which indicates online booking is closed. You need to download the application for online ticketing. We have downloaded the application and tested it for the registered user and new user. However, we got an error in both cases.

This is not the case with only Daewoo bus service, all other bus services also work like that near Eid or any public holiday. This is so sad and they need to fix it before people stop using their services. The company should stop to make their customers fool anymore.
