Daewoo Jumps into Ride Hailing Taxi App Service to Compete with Uber & Careem

With the launch of 3G/4G services in Pakistan many innovative services have also been introduced in the country. One such effort is the arrival of ride hailing app services like Careem and Uber who entered Pakistan in 2016. Now the famous bus service, Daewoo has also entered in to this business by introducing its own Ride Hailing Taxi App Service – Daewoo Cab Service. Daewoo Jumps into Ride Hailing Taxi App Service to Compete with Uber & Careem.

To provide a safe, convenient and affordable local transport service to the prospective passengers Daewoo has taken this initiative so that instead of relying on other companies, firstly the passengers use Daewoo’s own App based taxi service to reach bus stops. Secondly, they operate just as Careem and Uber hence can be used to reach any of passenger’s destinations.

This service is currently available in following cities:

Daewoo has recently launched this service in Swat.

Just download the DaewooCab app and enjoy its rides. Daewoo has its own fleet of cars with drivers that are background checked and fully trained. Unlike Uber and Creem, Daewoo also don’t charge on the basis of peak time tariffs.
