Now make Easy the rescheduling of meetings via Google Calendar
Usually, the reshuffling of meeting time has to be done in person, or over email. However, with this new feature Google is hoping to cut down the annoying conversations by helping users automate subtle office interactions right from within G Suite apps.
According to the company’s blog post.
“This allows for richer communication between attendees, reduces time spent on meeting practicalities, and makes meetings more productive with key stakeholders in attendance,”
In addition, this new Calendar feature will also allow users to add an optional message to the proposal, to give some context around the rescheduling.
The feature is now live for web users of Google Calendar but won’t be live on mobile until August 13th. This rescheduling feature is available across G Suite domains and in Microsoft Exchange, but it won’t work for events with more than 200 guests.
