Huawei Announces Nougat Update List, Check if Your Smartphone is Eligible?

After Other companies like Samsung, HTC and Sony has announced Nougat updates for its devices, Now Huawei Announces Nougat Update List. In this list, Huawei has announced some of its smartphones that will get the Android Nougat updates. Not only Nougat, these devices will also get EMUI 5.0 update as well. Earlier, Only Huawei Mate 9 Family has come up with EMUI 5.0 updates.

Huawei Announces Nougat Update List, Check if Your Smartphone is Eligible?

Here is the list of the smartphones that will get Nougat and EMUI 5.0 updates:

• Huawei P9
• Mate 8
• Huawei P9 Plus
• Huawei P9 Lite
• Nova Huawei
• Huawei Nova Plus

Initially, Huawei P9 and Mate 8 will receive the Nougat Update. The company has also officially announced that Both devices will get the update in the first quarter of 2017. However, after these devices will receive the updates, then it comes the other devices turn to get Nougat update. These devices will be Huawei P9 Plus, P9 Lite, Nova and Nova plus. For these devices, update will be rolled out in the third quarter of 2017.

Huawei is working very hard to make itself as world’s No. 1 smartphone manufactruring company. For that reason the company has Unveiled the World’s First long-lifespan Graphene-assisted Li-ion Battery. Watt Laboratory, an organization under Huawei’s Central Research Institute, made this announcement. The lifespan of the graphene-assisted Li-ion batteries will also be twice as long as ordinary Li-ion batteries.

Last year, company has revealed quick charging technology. This technology can charge harging 48 percent of a 3,000 mAh battery in only 5 minutes. The company has also announced to introduce this technology in its smartphones. Most probably, the upcoming smartphone of Huawei will get this technology.
