Surely, this is a bad time for Samsung, as its Galaxy Note 7 is causing problem for it. We all know that after the launch of Galaxy Note 7, it faces some battery issues like the phone catches fire. In severe cases, the burning of Note 7 battery causes the property damage. After these incidents, Samsung stopped selling the Galaxy Note 7 and announced a replacement program. In the replacement program, Samsung replaced the phone with its New safe Note 7 smartphones. But unfortunately, the replaced safe Note 7 also creates the same problems as the older did. According to the resources, the decision was reached in cooperation with authorities in China, the United States and Korea. However, company has not officially announced about this decision. But Samsung said earlier about current situation:

“We are working diligently with authorities and third party experts. if we determine a product safety issue exists, We will take immediate steps. These steps will be approved by the Consumer Product Safety Commission to resolve the situation.”

Recently, Samsung’s replaced Safe Note 7 also catches fire in plane. The cabin was filled with smoke. Due to this plane was evacuated before take off.

It has been over a month since the Galaxy Note 7 recall began due to issues with its battery cell. If the reports are confirmed we may be in line for a second recall. Moreover, AT&T and T-Mobile have also stopped selling or exchanging the Galaxy Note 7. However, they recommended their customers to exchange Note 7 with other phone.
