Snapchat is actually famous for their messages that disappear after seconds. The company is trying to overpass other social media giants like Facebook and Instagram by introducing new features.
Spiegel announced that:
Separating social from media has allowed us to build the best way to communicate with friends and the best way to watch great content – while addressing many of the problems that plague the Internet today
Snapchat revealed that the redesign will help users to see chats and stories from their social circle by swiping left from the launch page. By swiping right, it will show posts from publishers and content creators.
Spiegel also announced that Snap is trying to build more tools for users so that they can share content beyond their friends. It will same as public broadcasting on Instagram and Twitter.
