ZTE to Roll Out its First 5G Smartphone in 2019
ZTE CEO, Lixin Cheng announced that the company plans to launch a 5G capable smartphone by early 2019. On several interviews, spokesperson of ZTE also announced that the 5G capable smartphone will either be launched in late 2018 or early 2019. They also mentioned that the launch of their devices depends on availability of 5G networks and supporting chipsets. ZTE to Roll Out its First 5G Smartphone in 2019.
Right now their are no news related to wide availability of 5G network. Verizon and AT&T announced that they will roll out the 5G networks by end 2018. There are also rumors that Sprint also targets to commercialize 5G services by late 2019.

T-Mobile will also deploy its 5G network in 2020. This move will definitely put carrier in bad position in terms of 5G networking. ZTE is also looking to launch 5G capable tablet and wireless internet hub for homes with its 5G smartphones.
Moreover, the best thing is that ZTE is the first mobile company to launch 5G capable smartphones however may be some other company wins to launch their device before. We also know that Samsung has partnered with Verizon to deploy 5G internet is some states of America. Apple is also said to reportedly working with Intel for incorporating 5G network on future iPhones.
