Instagram Will Now Let You Know that You are all Caught Up

The popular photo and video-sharing social platform has launched a new You are All Caught Up feature. This new feature is designed to let you know when you have viewed all new posts from the last 48 hours.

Instagram Launches You are all Caught Up: A New Feature

Instagram has recently launched some other new updates and features to its platform, that includes an introduction of IGTV, a four-way video chat, dropping a new space-saving version of the app and adding music to soundtrack your stories.

Facebook writes in its announcement:

“We’ve heard that it can be difficult to keep track of your seen posts. With this message, you’ll have a better understanding of your Feed and know you haven’t missed recent photos or videos.”

Below the “All Caught Up” message, you will see the posts that have already been viewed and also those posts that are older than two days. This feature is available on both iOS and Android.

Instagram has confirmed that the message will appear when you have seen all the new posts from everyone you follow. You are All Caught Up feature will likely make it much easier not to get lost within your own feed, trying to figure out if the posts you are looking at are new or old.
