This deal has marked world’s biggest purchase ever record as $63.54 per share will be payed in cash.
Intel said to media that:
“It expected the transaction to close within the next nine months and to immediately boost its non-GAAP earnings per share as well as its free cash flow.”
Before this, in 2016, we have heard about Google, Apple and Tesla self-driving cars; both of these companies are ready to take the wheels on road. These companies have not yet revealed their plans to commercialize driver-less cars.
