Skype For Android Bug Automatically Answers Calls

It's Funny

All the social media apps have come as a blessing for people as they have made our lives easier, more communicative and social. However, sometimes these apps are attacked by bugs which are very alarming and sometimes funny too. All the social media giants like WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter are usually attacked by bugs which are fixes later on. Just recently Skype for Android Bug is doing something very funny.

If you are using Skype on a daily basis you would know about a nasty bug that makes the app automatically answer the calls on Android devices.  It means even if you want to ignore someone or are busy and don’t want to answer someone’s call, the app will make sure that it is picked up automatically.

If you were ignoring someone, Skype For Android Bug  will force you to talk to them

Well, people are finding this bug funny and are calling people who never used to pick their calls excusing that they are busy. Right now, we don’t know what really the issue is and only Microsoft can comment on it and can reveal that from where exactly the issue had started. Some reports go back to January when developers updated the app, so it might be possible that people are having this issue for a long time now.

However, it seems like now this issue is affecting more users which is evident from the Microsoft support forum. This buy will take some time to be fixed, so till that time is you want to prevent skype from answering your calls automatically, you need to uninstall the app. The bad this is that even if you disable option “Answer Calls automatically”, it will not stop skype from picking up your calls.

However, Microsoft has assured that there is nothing to be worried about as the company has identified the issue and are trying to resolve the issue in the latest Skype preview app. So if you want to use skype without this kind of bug, you need to download the beta update.
