Just as Facebook Live you don’t need to download any other app to start Live video. Similarly Twitter Live Video will also not need any other supporting app.

Twitter said in a blog post:

“Live video is the most immersive way to experience what’s happening around the world…we’re making it easier for you to broadcast live video – straight from Twitter,”

How to Start Live Video on Twitter:

• To start a Live video on Twitter, tap the button to compose a new tweet
• Then tap on “live.”
• Set your frame and start your video by tapping on “Go Live”
• Just as Facebook, viewers can see your broadcast, can tap in, comment, and send hearts.

“Once you’re live, anyone on Twitter and Periscope can join your live video and participate in your experience,”

the statement added.
