According to the latest update, iOS users will now ask Apple’s digital assistant Siri to read out their latest WhatsApp messages to them. Earlier iOS users can ask Siri to send messages and make calls. Now Siri can read their latest messages as well.

This feature is quite helpful when you are driving and can’t use your phone.  To get Siri read messages for you, all you have to say, “Hey Siri, read my latest WhatsApp messages.” Along with this feature, WhatsApp has also introduced some more features.

Now users can select multiple statuses at once and forward them. Moreover, the old Voice Call icon has been replaced with a “+” icon. When you tap the new icon, it displays a list of contacts for making both voice and video calls.

The new feature is available for those having WhatsApp’s version 2.17.2 and running at least iOS 10.3 on their devices.

The messaging App, WhatsApp was testing two step verification feature for past several months. After successfully testing of this feature, WhatsApp has finally rolled out this feature to all its Users. This feature can be accessed or availed by anyone using WhatsApp on Android, iPhone and windows.
