As we all know that HTC is not much popular brand as compares to Huawei, Samsung, Apple and many other brands. Also HTC from past years, HTC is facing continuous loss in smartphone manufacturing. So, according to some reports, HTC to Launch fewer phones instead it will Focus on R&D in 2018.

The company continues its struggle to come back from several down years. HTC posted net losses of NT 7.102 billion ($237.42 million) in the first three quarters of 2017. According to some rumors, HTC will launch HTC will release a mid-range variant of its HTC U11 Plus in January 2018.

Moreover, rumors claims that HTC will also launch U12 with 4K display in 2018. Furthermore, the phone will feature latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.

As we have already told you that Google is Buying HTC’s Smartphone Expertise for $1.1 Billion. HTC said at that time that it will continue onward with its own smartphone business even after sending a good portion of its talent and operations over to Google. So it may be the reason that HTC will produce less smartphones next year.
