In its latest update, Instagram Adds Right-to-left Language Support for three languages including Farsi, Arabic and Hebrew. Initially these languages will be available on Android devices. iOS users still have to wait a little to get this update.

Instagram already has more than two dozen language options including Chinese, Greek, Turkish, Urdu and Swedish, but those are are all read left to right, like English. Now the app will be compatible with  languages written and read in the other direction as well.

Posts have already had Arabic and other right-to-left languages in the captions and on hashtags. But now the language settings will include that option too. So options like “Stories” and “Likes” will be in those languages.

“With this update, we hope more people around the world will be able to connect with the people and interests that matter to them,”

the company writes in its blog post on the update.

In its recent update, Instagram has introduced Superzoom feature for both Android and iOS. This feature lets you create a Dramatic Chipmunk-style zoom with a single tap. Instagram launches 3-second SuperZoom Videos.
